    1934-35 NRA Nat. Recovery Act Eagle Label Velvet Jacket Wrap-Needs Restoration. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Cool velvet wrap, but needs work. Some in of the lining is torn so that 2nd velvet  ruffle on back falls down. 1st pics,  we pinned it up so you can see what it looks like when you fix it. Then unpinned it for pics to show you what it's going to look like when you get it. Please do not bid if you are not willing to repair. Thanks see pics.
